Daniel Chapter 11 vs. 5 – 35 Verse by Verse

I used to read Daniel 11 and immediately think…If we could only identify these Kings and Daughters and Sons and Princes of the North and South and know the countries we are dealing with, then we could add the names and agenda to all these characters in the Bible and better understand Daniels Vision…well…as it turns out…after 14 months in Daniel, the LORD has shown me what I have wished for. This research entailed hours of cross referencing and clue finding that have concluded in the following, which gives you enough “Confirmed” detail to understand what is being said about WHO, in these verses.

Before we start, I must share some thoughts with you. Firstly, I used to write business plans…and…the people that would read some of them are personalities on TV…you likely know their names…but that’s not the point, the point is that I write from a readers perspective with the mindset that everything must be conclusive / every i dotted and every t crossed, and every possible question answered. So as I now finish 24 months in the Book of Daniel, I start to see the core and very essence of The Entire Book. Chapter 11 is THAT ESSENCE, because if we can identify the Kings, Princes and Daughters and Sons in Chapter 11, the entire book is revealed / The Abomination of Desolation / Nebuchadnezzar’s Beast time in the Forest / Popes and Hitler / Gods curse period against the Jews and the dates that point at The Second Coming of JESUS. So…to me…the following is imperative to know and amazing. We will identify The Princes and Daughter and the Wars spoken of, and the Years in which they took place. For anyone seeking GODS Truth, this will bring about an amazing joy and peace to you…GODS joy and peace.

OK, Let’s Start

As you read, keep in mind, that the Empire you are about to read about, fought hundreds of wars, but, only a few are in the Bible. Similarly, there are dozens of leaders, but just a few in the Bible…but…I must say, that it is EXTREMLY Exciting (this can not BE OVER-STATED!) when you see the subject matter and characters come to life, and jump right off the pages of The Book of Daniel in the Bible…and into your Spiritual Intellect…WOW!

Introduction

After much thoughtful reading and cross-referencing of Daniel 11 vs. 5 – 35 one can draw no other conclusion than the following:

These verses are about Early Islam in Saudi Arabia in 600 – 700 AD. This is absolutely undeniable….and ties directly to The Abomination of Desolation which we confirmed in the previous Chapter

The King of the North and The King of the South have been long speculated about. They are quite simply the 2 originating factions on Islam that still exist today…Sunni and Shiite.
  • The King of the North means Medina / Saudi Arabia / But later means Damascus
  • King of the South means Mecca / Saudi Arabia.

It should be noted that the first King mentioned is Mohammed, The originator and Leader of Islam / The likely false prophet. Thereafter King and Prince refer to a Caliph…slightly confusing but here we go.

The Umayyads of Damascus / Came to be known as Sunni

Kings of The North means Medina then Damascus 

 The Princes / Caliphs / Kings were:

 Muawiyah I – 662 – 680 Half-brother of Ramla bint Abu Sufyan, Muhammad’s wife

The above Rulers are the main Characters in Daniel 11 vs. 5 – 35…3 of which were also the 4 Horseman of Revelation (Red Black and Green above as well as Mohammed) (See Part 14)

In a nutshell, these two factions of Islam fought all their neighbors, they fought each other and their hate for one another lives till THIS VERY DAY…Sunni vs. Shiite

 Our main Characters are Umar, Uthman,  Ali and Malik…Caliph Umar peaceably took Jerusalem and Caliph Malik came later, with a hate for the Jews and Christians, and he designed and Built The Dome of the Rock Mosque / The Abomination of Desolation.

 I have formatted these verses in groups of 2 sections, The First in each group is King James Version, the second are my notes to you, to bring these verses to life, and help end the rampant centuries-long speculation about what they could possibly be about. This format will allow you to cross-reference as you read or just read my notes to gather an understanding.

As you read we will identify 2 specific wars called “The Battle of The Camel” and…”The Battle of Siffin“…The Bible describes these two Battles exactly how History portrays them iin History Books…all amazing revelations…and remember…these prophesies were given to Daniel 1200 years before they happened!

 We start at Verse 5 where The Bible introduces The King of South…this is Mohammed the prophet of Islam, together with Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali…The South’s first 4 and only Caliphs.

Daniel 11 vs. 5 – 35

Unsealed 1948 when Israel became a Nation and GODS curse against the Jews ended

Timeframe of these verses are 632 AD to approximately 710 AD

KJV / 5 And the king  of the south shall be strong, and one of his princes (also known as a Caliph); and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion his dominion shall be a great dominion.

Note:  5 / The King of the South (initially Mohammed, originator of Islam) grew strong under Princes / Caliphs Abu Bakr, UMAR, but when succeeded, the 3rd Caliph, Uthman who came from a wealthy family grew even stronger with the full authority of Islam. This verse speakes of the very start of Islam / 632 AD / with Mohammed and quickly sets the stage after the demise of Abu Bakr and Umar and commences with The Rule of Uthman…The 3rd Caliph of Islam. We can know this because in the next verse, it speaks of Uthman marrying Mohammed’s Daughter / this is well known in Islam.

KJV /6 And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king’s daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in these times.

Note: 6 / After several years of rule, Uthman…near the end of his years, married Mohamed’s Daughter, Ruqayya from Mohammed’s first wife, but Uthman was killed, and Raqayya was shunned by Uthmans Family because she came from Mohammed (now dead) which was the start of the NORTH versus SOUTH / Sunni versus Shiite Rift…as the verse says neither of them shall retain power. The verse then speaks of those who begat her / brought her…This was Mohammeds Wife Aisha…but…once again because of The growing Sunni versus Shiite Rift she was also shunned by Uthmans Family. This was a turning point in History as both factions of Islam were pushing and fighting for Power over all of Islam.

The Battle of The Camel

In the Year / 656 AD

The following verses describe “The Battle of The Camel“. This is where Aisha and Caliph Ali fought in the Desert…this is a highly regarded War that is celebrated in Islam to this very day!

KJV /7But out of a branch of her roots shall one stand up in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail:

Note: 7 / Uthman was killed by a rebel group from Egypt / The Khawarji. Mohammed’s Daughter, Uthman’s widow then lost her status with Uthman’s family, The Wealthy Umayyads….Mohammed’s Son in Law Ali was elected to replace Uthman (just as the verse states / out of a branch of her / Aisha’s  roots shall one stand up in his estate ) and became the 4th Caliph. Aisha (one of Mohammed’s wives) vowed to fight Ali because he would not avenge the blood of Uthman. In a strange twist of allegiance Alisha formed an army against Ali with the help of The King of The North.

Aisha and Caliph Ali actually came to a Truce, but The Khawarij (The Robbers from Egypt/ Jihadists) had co-infiltrated each other encampment. This War became known as the “The Battle of The Camel”. This was in 656 BC.  Ali became the victor and graciously helped Aisha end her battle against him. Some of the Warriors at The Battle of The Camel had been exposed as double agents. These were the same Egyptian Robbers that had killed Uthman. They came to be known as The Khawarji (Meaning, “The People who Left” / left The King of the North and The King of the South) and was the First JIHAD and the birth of Islam Radicalism and Islamic Terrorism. The Khawarji fell to Caliph Ali at a later date , but grew strong again, and, they are what we see in Radical Islamic Terrorism TODAY. Aisha returned to Medina and became one of the most respected scholars in Islam…but this was her last war.

KJV /8 And shall also carry captives into Egypt their gods, with their princes, and with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he shall continue more years than the king of the north.

 Note: 8 / a relative of Uthman was appointed the Governor of Egypt…corruptions ensued and Egypt’s treasure were pillaged.

KJV /9 So the king of the south shall come into his kingdom, and shall return into his own land

Note: 9 / The killing of Uthman, The son of the Wealthy Umayyads, prompted the Umayyads of The North / King Muawiyah / The Sunni King of the North to invade the King of the South. This civil war between The King of the North and The King of the South forever changed Islam. These 2 Factions of Islam have been forever separated into what we know today as Sunni and Shiites.

The Battle of Siffin

In the Year / 657 AD

The following verses describe “The Battle of Siffin“. This is where Sunni and Shiite fought for 3 days at The Euphrates River and history books tell us that 60 – 70,000 were killed…an amazing Bible Prophesy that was told to Daniel 1200 years before it happened!!!

KJV /10, 11, 12, 13 / But his Sons shall be stirred up and shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and one shall certainly come, and overflow, and pass through: then shall he return, and be stirred up, even to his fortress. 11And the king of the south shall be moved with choler, and shall come forth and fight with him, even with the king of the north: and he shall set forth a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into his hand. 12And when he hath taken away the multitude, his heart shall be lifted up; and he shall cast down many ten thousands: but he shall not be strengthened by it. 13For the king of the north shall return and shall set forth a multitude greater than the former, and shall certainly come after certain years with a great army and with much riches.

Note: 10, 11, 12, 13 / Caliph ALI had 2 sons Hassan and Hussein; they had fought valiantly with their Father Ali in many wars. Muawiyah was elected the next Caliph in 662 in a ceremony in Jerusalem. Muawiyah, now the King of the North entered into the largest Civil War to date…The war took place on the Banks of The Euphrates River. This lasted 4 days and 70000 people were killed…(just as the verse states / he shall cast down many ten thousands) Muawiyah / The King of The North was victorious, but only after a skillful Truce Agreement with The King of the South Ali. The truce agreement spelled the near end of Ali’s reign as his followers’ despised the truce agreement.

KJV /14 And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.

NOTE: 14 / Caliph ALI had 2 sons Hassan and Hussein fought many wars including against The Khawarji, but many failed.

King of the North / Muawiyah

Enters Jerusalem

Year / 680 AD

KJV /15, 16, 17 / So the king of the north shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms of the south shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any strength to withstand. 16But he that cometh against him shall do according to his own will, and none shall stand before him: and he shall stand in the glorious land, which by his hand shall be consumed. 17He shall also set his face to enter with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; thus shall he do: and he shall give him the daughter of women, corrupting her: but she shall not stand on his side, neither be for him.

Note: 15, 16, 17 / Kings of the North / Muawiyah and Malik captured over 4000 cities for The Caliphate and at this point The King of the South was losing power…and…Muawiyah entered Israel and took control of Jerusalem representing all of Islam South and North and (Just as the Verse states / He shall stand in the Glorious Land / Israel) The daughter of women likely Refers to Aisha Once again, as She is known as “The Mother of Believers” in Islam, till this very day…!

Caliphate Navy

Built in 649 – 690

KJV /18 After this shall he turn his face unto the isles, and shall take many: but a prince for his own behalf shall cause the reproach offered by him to cease; without his own reproach he shall cause it to turn upon him.

Note: 18 / King of the North / Muawiyah was getting on in Years and His Son Yazid controlled The Navy which his father built. This navy fleet was built to rival The Byzantine Navy. His focus was on the Islands and after a battle at sea, Yazid took Cypress / Crete / Sicily and some small colonies on the Iberian coastlines) but Yazid did not become a respected Prince.

KJV /19 Then he shall turn his face toward the fort of his own land: but he shall stumble and fall, and not be found.

Note: 19 / Yazid then turned from The Navy back to the homeland of his father, but was killed mysteriously and was never found. History says he may have died quietly by way of a plague.

KJV /20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.

Note: 20 / After Yazid’s death, his brother Muawiyah II became The King of the North. He was in charge of taxing of the people. He also mysteriously died. Next to Rule was Marwan I, Yazid’s brother.

KJV /21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honor of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

Note: 21 / After Marwan 1 reign of only one year, he was seceded by Abd al-Malik who became the new Caliph. He was a rude man with an abrupt nature. He was not a warrior but a cunning orator.

Prophetic Fulfillment of Daniel 9 vs. 27

Year / 685 AD

KJV /22, 23, 24, 25 / And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. 23And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people. 24He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time. 25And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices against him.

Note: 22, 23, 24, 25 / Muawiyah and his sons were responsible for a new policy of sharing all the spoils of war with all of the Islamic community and even set up lending on conquered lands for some more fortunate Islamic people. More wars persisted throughout The (Now) Islamic Empire. The prince mentioned above could refer to a number of candidates. This was not confirmed…and The Covenant could also pertain to several areas, including the Covenant with Umar in 638…or more specifically something new or more recent, but still referring to any agreements / covenants with The Jews in Jerusalem, and perhaps a new Patriarch of Jerusalem, as Patriarch Sophronius had died just 1 year after signing the Covenant of Umar…however, the wording here in Verse 22, 23, 24 are a mirror of what Gabriel told Daniel in the vision of Daniel 9 vs. 26. With this in mind, these 3 verses are fulfillment of Daniel 9 vs. 26 which makes this Prince, The Prince of GODs Covenant with The Jews (The Covenant and Curse). This is likely as the following verses do the same. With this in mind, what is being said is mirroring verbiage from our analogy of Daniel 9 vs.27 as follows:

…the people of the prince (Satan’s Followers / those deceived) that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary (Jerusalem and The Temple); and the end thereof shall be with a flood, (Flood of War and Foreign Occupation for Jerusalem and Israel)and unto the end of the war desolations (Spiritual desolations and Physical desolation and disbursement of the JEWS to other Nations)are determined(Decreed / Predicted). 27And he (The Satanic Price of Islam) shall confirm the covenant (GODS Covenant from Leviticus 26 / The 7 Times Curse, unknowingly fulfilling and enacting GODS decreed punishment on His People) with many (All JEWS Cursed by GOD)

The Battle of Karbala

Date /  October 10, 680 AD

KJV /26, 27, 28, 29 / Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain. 27And both these kings’ hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed. 28Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land.29At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south; but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter.

Note : 26, 27, 28, 29 / These verses hearken back to the time of Ali… Yazid met with Ali’s Son Hassan’s to determine who would rule the Caliphate. During formal arbitration at the office of The Caliphate, Yazid compelled the arbitrators to award him as The Ruler of the entire Caliphate Empire. This was the end of any reign of The King of the South. Then Yazid was not satisfied that his reign would last so he had Hassan killed by poisoning, which he convinced a servant of Hassan to accomplish. Yazid was not finished…he wanted Hassan’s brother dead as well to avoid any future claims of succession. He gathered an army and met Hassans Brother Hussein in a brief Battle in the Desert. This became known as The Battle of Karbala / October 10, 680 AD in Karbala, in present-day Iraq. The battle took place between a small group of supporters and relatives of Muhammad‘s grandson Husayn and a larger military detachment from the forces of Yazid, the Umayyad Caliph. In a brief battle Husayn was be-headed. Shiites honor and celebrate The Battle of Karbala to this very day. Yazid was succeeded by Marwan I, briefly but he then seceded to Abd al-Malik who came in control of great wealth from the Umayyads. Malik, with much wealth and power, and with the power of Satan, (like Judas) turned his indignation towards the JEWS and The Christians in Jerusalem…thus he came to Jerusalem, not like Umar in Peace, but with control and vengeance, like a flood, as his objective.

KJV /30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

Note: 30 / In a Naval War, the Byzantine Navy handed Malik and his Generals a decisive defeat… This enraged him, and with fire in his heart from Satan, he returned to Jerusalem to oppress the Jews and Christians.

Year / 688 AD

KJV /31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

Note: 31 / This is likely when GOD hardened Malik’s heart against The Jews and The Christians in Jerusalem. Malik didn’t enter Jerusalem Peacefully like Umar as years previous, but with rage and with the intent of bringing down the Jews and everything they stood for. He caused all sacrifices to GOD to cease, made it a crime to do sacrifices to God and began to build The Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque. This was a crowning jewel for Islam and well documented in ALL history books. Islam knew the spiritual value of The Temple Mount. The Dome, in particular was designed to exemplify the splendor of Islam and superiority of Islam over Christianity. This also is well documented in all History Books. The Islamic writings on the Dome decree that GOD DID NOT HAVE A SON…THIS is THE ABOMINATION!…which STANDS on the Temple mount to this very day! Both verses above confirm that The Dome of The Rock Mosque is The Satanic Abomination of Desolation.

KJV /32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

Note: 32 / Malik then tried to assimilate The JEWS and The Christians into Islam with gifts and promises of freedom and all the benefits shared by their new Islamic Brothers. Some joined Islam, but those Jews and Christians that were strong in faith firmly resisted assimilation offered by Malik

33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

Note: 33 / Many Jews and Christian employed the reverse strategy and instructed many as to how to enter GODs Kingdom through JESUS. Ultimately these traitors of Islam were identified, robbed, persecuted and killed.

Precursor to The Mark of The Beast

Jerusalem Year 688 – 700 AD

KJV /34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.

Note: 34 / Those who denied Islam were considered outcast and second class citizens with nowhere to turn for basic living necessities. They were also not allowed to do business, so many pretended to assimilate to Islam, just to survive, but their hearts were fixed on the true GOD …Hmm…this is sounding like the global environment we are seeing on the horizon in 2019…”The MARK of the Beast”!…no man shall buy or sell except he that has the MARK of the BEAST …here is The Islamic Beast Folks.

KJV /35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

Note: 35 / Many Christians were persecuted and Martyred, but their faith only strengthened, and refined spiritually and made ready for GODs Kingdom.

Conclusion

The Most Famous Building in Human History

I can see why these verses have been so misinterpreted, but once we realize that this is all about Islam, it fits like a glove. With Daniels Visions unsealed in 1948, and knowledge increasing (Daniel 12 vs. 4)…Daniel 11 comes ALIVE! These 30 verses are quite simply about a nation that was controlled by Satan, loved war, and just happened to build “The most Famous Building in Human history”…”The Dome of The Rock / The Abomination of Desolation…and they didn’t even know it! Praise GOD!

Take NOTE friends…This entire Chapter of the Book is a Huge Confirmation that THE BIBLE IS FULL OF TRUTH…are we all Awake to this!!

The above nicely solves a century’s long wonderment about Daniel 11 and Daniels 70th week. It also tells us how pointedly JESUS was warning us about Islam! Seems to me that a Mr Donald Trump is also warning us…did you notice that very few are listening…and the LEFT / Liberals will have NO PART OF IT!
